With this module business owner can run customer referral system in his business. Agent can get commission such as reward points or customer can get reward points on successful referral customer. This module can be operated as an independent module or in combination with RetailCore Software.

How do I make my customer as referral?
When you customer makes first purchase or during any purchase you can offer your customer to become your referral. Customer's primary ID will be his / her phone number.
In what form my customer gets commission?
When customer referred by member customer makes first purchase, then he gets a commission in the form for reward points. These reward points can be used by your customer for his/her furture purchase or they can redeem for a voucher as per your policy. During each purchase, your referring customer can be kept informed by SMS on points earned. Of course you can get full reports of all the customers, points earned, points redeemed and balance points.
Upto how many level of referring customer I can provide commission?
By default, referral system is programmed upto two levels. But if your requirements is to expand to more level then we can do it.
